Summary: This bill would have allowed the hunting, trapping and capture of reptiles, amphibians and insects from public roads or right of ways. If passed, it will make it very difficult for game wardens to cite hunters from hunting from the roads since they can claim they were hunting reptiles, amphibians or insects. THLN opposed this Bill.
